Wherein I start out to do something good and end up getting annoyed.
Today I decided to do some pushups on break while at work. I did 4 sets of 10, each about a minute apart. Could’ve done more, but got distracted by something else and moved on.
Found out something interesting though. I’M DOING IT WRONG!
That’s right.. I’m doing pushups with my arms too far out. Proper-form pushups have your arms directly under your shoulders and your elbows going back along your body. I’m doing them with my arms pointed out perpendicular to my body. Based on looking at various other exercises, it looks like “my” pushups are working out my arms a lot more than my shoulders and chest. Not horrible, but not ideal. Going to have to figure out how to do this the right way.?
